During your visit to Parque West, it is important to bring your identification and wear closed-toe shoes (no flip-flops or open-toe shoes!). And of course.. don't forget to bring your good mood!
What kind of clothing is allowed for the activities?
All activities are sporty. Therefore, we recommend not to wear loose or baggy clothing. We also advise you to dress according to the weather forecast and for safety reasons, we recommend wearing long pants. It is mandatory to wear closed-toe shoes, tie your hair back, and empty your pockets before climbing. Flip-flops, open-toe shoes, or heels are not allowed.
Is there a changing room available?
There is no changing room at Parque West. However, we do have restroom facilities.
Are there lockers available for valuable belongings?
There are electronic lockers available where you can put your valuable belongings. The lockers are 30x30x50cm in size. A locker costs € 1,- and you can pay by contactless payment. If you cannot pay contactless, you can buy a voucher at the reception. You can use the locker during your entire visit.
Is there enough parking space available?
Parque West has a parking lot with space for 60 cars. You can park for free.
How can I cancel my booking?
You can cancel by phone or email. 030-208 1400 or info@parquewest.nl If you wish to cancel the reservation, you must inform Parque West as soon as possible. You will receive a cancellation confirmation from Parque West. The following costs will apply to cancellations:
For groups up to 20 people, we will cancel free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. In case of no-show (failure to show up at a reservation), 100% of the total amount will be charged.
For groups of 20 people or more, up to 14 days in advance the reservation can be cancelled free of charge. Within 14 days before date of reservation, 100% will be charged.
I lost my booking code. What can I do?
In the confirmation e-mail of your reservation you will find your booking code. This code consists of 6 letters and/or numbers.
Lost the email? Mail or call us! We will gladly resend the confirmation email to you.
What is the check-in time for?
It is important to us that you arrive on time. The check-in time is meant to go over the final details of your booking and activity. Therefore, be at the reception desk at least 30 minutes before the activity starts. After the mandatory instruction, the activity will start.
If you arrive late and miss the briefing, we cannot guarantee participation in the activity.
If you would like to have a drink beforehand, make sure to arrive earlier than the requested 30 minutes.
Is it possible to bring your own catering?
Guests may bring their own bottle of water, which can be filled at Parque West. In addition, an "energy bar" (think Snickers, granola bar, Mars etc) can be purchased at the front desk. Therefore, it is not allowed to bring food.
