Closed shoes, tied-back hair and empty pockets are mandatory while climbing. Flip-flops, open-toe shoes, and high heels are not permitted.
There is no minimum age. Children taller than 90 centimetres are allowed to participate in all activities at Parque West. Children between 90 and 129 centimetres can climb on the mini-course. The normal course is open to anyone taller than 130 centimetres. Adults are welcome to accompany their children on the course. You do not need a climbing ticket for this. Visitors under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older.
