The website currently partially complies with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements. The assessment was carried out on the basis of a sample of representative pages, including:

Key findings
- Images: descriptive alt texts are missing or incomplete in several places.

- Color contrast: certain texts and buttons have insufficient contrast, especially when placed over images.

- Forms: labels are sometimes missing or incorrectly linked. Error messages are not always presented in an accessible manner.

- Heading structure: longer text pages contain headings that could be semantically enhanced to improve navigation with assistive technologies.



Measures
Parque West is taking the following measures to improve accessibility:

Short term
- Adding missing alt texts where possible.
- Improving visible focus styling for keyboard users.

Medium term
- Adjust heading structures in templates.
- Improve forms (labels, aria attributes, error messages).
- Adjust color contrasts within design components.

Long term
- Accessible alternatives for maps and images containing a lot of information.
- Revision of PDFs or conversion to HTML.
- Continuous monitoring and annual review.
